Sounding Bodies: Solo

Sounding Bodies is a work in progress for dance and electronics. Some portions of the ballet will be fixed, but most of it will incorporate interactivity through cameras, sensors, and controllers, such as the WiiMote.

This solo takes camera input from the dancer and translates it to sound through MaxMSP and RTcmix~. It was made possible through my work with the Inter-Sonic Dance (ISD) Research Project led by Kazuaki Shiota and Karen Wissel-Shiota at CCM.
